My favorite is when the cable/internet/phone doesn't work and you call the customer service line and tell them something is wrong. They always tell me, "It seems to be working fine, ma'am." What?! I'm standing right here staring at a blank screen. It's like they don't believe me. Why would I waste my time calling if it was working just fine? Grrr...

On behalf of Comcast, I would like to apologize for the experience.

I have executive contacts throughout the country and I would like to reach out to them so that we could address the issue. If it is okay with you, will you please send me an email with the address in question so that we could expedite?

Thank you in advance for the opportunity to assist you.

Sincerely,

Mark C.
