Lesbians Make Better Parents?

I boldly predict that – valid or not – this will have no impact whatsoever on any public policies:

A nearly 25-year study concluded that children raised in lesbian households were psychologically well-adjusted and had fewer behavioral problems than their peers.

Why my cynical prediction? Because the average opponent of gay rights has no need for “studies” or “research” or “facts.” They have things like “common sense” and “tradition” and “biblical values.” In other words, their minds are made up; there’s no need for information.

    Funding for the research came from several lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender advocacy groups, such as the Gill Foundation and the Lesbian Health Fund from the Gay Lesbian Medical Association”

    Sound rather subjective, and I think that’s what critics would point to….
